The Mother Daughter Book Club is one of my favourite new series! It narrates the story of some girls and their mothers who start a book club and who meet monthly to discuss a book that will be read throughout the year! We also discover the friendships, boy drama, and family changes that these girls go through. These books are narrated by a different girl every chapter, which makes us understand different perspectives! What I found interesting is that these girls are best friends even though their personalities are so different! Cassidy is good at about every sport on the planet and is very boyish, Megan is all about fashion and is already a very talented designer, Jess is always at the top of her class and has an incredible voice, an exceptional intelligence, and a big love for animals, Emma loves writing and reading and is an accomplished author, and Becca who will join the book club a little later in the series is, well, mean, greedy, Becca… I absolutely loved this series and found it captivating and I could hardly put the books down! I very strongly recommend this series!
