”Dear George Clooney, please marry my mom.” is an incredibly funny story, about this little girl named Violet, whose mom and dad are divorced. Her dad married Jennica, an very beautiful actress and moved away. Her mom (who is a hairdresser) then started dating other people… who all had different major faults and problems. So Violet and her BFF, Phoebe, decide to take things into their own hands and find the perfect person for Violet’s mom. Violet’s mom, being a hairdresser, would fix actors’ hair between the scenes in various movies. In these circumstances, she once met George Clooney! She chatted with him and got an autographed picture that said: ”May our paths cross again”. Violet, took that as an invitation to matchmaking, and therefore tries to match this incredibly famous actor with her mom. This book is soooo hilarious. Violet’s personality is bizarre in a funny way. When I read this book, I laughed very much and once, I thought a sentence was so funny that I fell off the chair I was sitting on from laughing too much!!
